Romuald Gadrat arrived in Paris at the age of 18 to enter the SMode school but it was not a clear success. Thus, at the age of 19, he began his career as an assembler/dismantler and DJ within the largest sound and lighting company of the moment, Magnum.

Then, he created his first company at the age of 22, Action Light, specializing in sound, light and video services for events.

He continued by creating Heavent Paris in 2000, the trade show dedicated to event providers which would become the European benchmark.

A success that he sold 5 years later to the English group Tarsus listed on the London Stock Exchange. He was therefore appointed Managing Director of Tarsus France, the French subsidiary of the group, then in 2009 he became CEO of Tarsus France.

It is therefore quite natural, after managing the 2008 crisis, reorganizing the company, creating new salons and reorganizing some of them, that Romuald bought Tarsus France to become the majority shareholder.

Tarsus France will become Weyou in 2015 and will continue its growth by promoting the development of the one to one meetings concept initially founded in 2012.
